My name is Michelle Kilduff and I am a Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and have been an online fitness coach since 2021. I specialize in women's health and nutrition coaching.
My coaching takes an evidence based approach to help YOU reach YOUR goals and change YOUR life!
WHAT I DO
I help women finally escape the cycle of restrictive dieting, food guilt and starting over every Monday. Through custom nutrition plans, mindset coaching and habit-building strategies, I teach you how to fuel your body in a way that feels effortless and sustainable.
I don’t do quick fixes or cookie-cutter templates because real results come from understanding your body and creating a plan that fits your life. My goal? To help you build self-trust, break through plateaus and feel confident knowing exactly how to eat for lasting change.

ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING
Forget cookie-cutter meal plans. I create a fully customized nutrition strategy built around your body, your life and your goals. This includes weekly adjustments and coaching that teach you how to eat for results that last. We will work on the habits that make healthy eating feel second nature (not a chore).
